It is a highly efficient and permanent solution so you are unlikely to need it, however should anything go wrong we are 100% committed to putting it right for you. One year after installation, at your request, we carry out a free-of-charge survey to measure moisture levels and check the system is working correctly.
The system is designed to be installed in all external walls. This way we can ensure there are sufficient elements to deal with the amount of damp within the property. If we do not install in this way we cannot give our full guarantees.
