We are looking for a residential sales consultant, to sell our unique damp control system.

The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, hungry sales person,
to sell our innovative damp control system directly to residential customers via pre-booked appointments.

You will be given all the tools and information needed to
fully inform potential customers of the benefits of having our system installed.
Whilst previous experience in the industry may be an advantage, it is not essential.

In addition we are looking for someone flexible who will grow with our company.
We may ask you to book in your own appointments and generate some of your own leads using local knowledge.
You must have previous, proven experience hitting sales targets – either face to face or in a telesales environment.
You may also sell the same system via our sister company,
and must have an organised approach to your work.

Basic salary paid with an excellent uncapped commission scheme plus company mobile and expenses.
What’s more we’ll provide you with all the training needed to become a formidable sales rep.

Role scope:

This position is a direct sales role where you will be expected to convert at least 50% of your company leads as well as bring in new business. We are looking at new ways of working more efficiently and as the face of the company you should be ready to accept change. The designated sales area for this position covers:Birmingham, Oxford, Gloucester, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Stoke, Derby and Leicester.

You will need to be flexible, working your hours around customer availability, however we currently
schedule visits between 8 – 5 pm, Monday to Fridays.

Candidate Essentials:


  • Previous field based sales experience preferable but not essential.

  • Must demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in either sales or previous chosen role.

  • Must hold full UK driving license.

  • Must own a car.
